4. Compliance with traffic rules: During the rental of our car, it is mandatory to comply with all traffic rules. This includes speed limits, traffic signs, and any other applicable rules in the area where you are driving. We expect all our customers to drive responsibly and adhere to traffic laws.

PAYMENT WITHOUT CREDIT CARD FOR AUTO RENTAL:
We accept debit cards if you don’t have a credit card, we don’t ask for advance payments. RENT A CAR CATEGORY
In situations where the booked vehicle for rent a car is not available, the lessor reserves the right to make a replacement. In the event that the latter are also not available, the replacement will be made with a lower category vehicle for car hire, but this will result in a revision of the tariff based on the new category. If, for any reason, it is not possible to assign any vehicle for rent a car or if the customer refuses to accept a vehicle for rent a car other than the one booked, the only responsibility of the lessor will be the refund of the amount already paid by the customer for the car hire vehicle up to that point moment.

Costs are established on a daily basis, considering a duration of 24 hours. These costs include various services and coverages:
**RCA (Car Third Party Liability):** The rate includes car civil liability insurance, which covers damage caused to third parties during the use of the vehicle.
**Standard Damage Waiver (CDW):** Standard coverage is included that limits the renter’s financial liability for damage to the vehicle.
**Airport Taxes:** The rate includes airport taxes, if applicable.
**Roadside Assistance:** Roadside assistance is provided, offering support in the event of problems such as breakdowns or road accidents.
**VAT (Value Added Tax):** Value added tax is included in the overall rate.

For the category of 7- and 9-seater cars, the security deposit starts from 500 euros, while for 5-seater cars, the deposit is 350 euros. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental contract.
